Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are 16 years old as of the date of contest entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.

The contest is administered by L’Moor (the “Sponsor”). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to the Sponsor at 165 South Burns Road, Baltimore, Ontario K0K 1C0. By participating in this Contest, each contestant agrees to be legally bound by these contest rules and regulations.
1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest is run by the Sponsor and will take place from June 10, 2021 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time to June 17, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest, at any time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
Personal information of the entrants will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has provided consent.
3. PRIZE
There are three (3) Prizes available to be won consisting of the following:
- L'Moor Taster Pack, including all our favourite brands: Moor Spa, Makes Scents, Light Elegance and more! (value of $450)
- Consumable supplies to support your reopening plans, and may include items such as nail files, PREempt, waxing supplies and more (value of $250)
- 3-month professional membership to Canva, to build your business brand (approximate value of $48)
The winner is solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes associated with the Prize and must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable. Any additional costs not described in these Rules as part of the Prize that is incurred in collecting and using the Prize are the winner's responsibility. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to waive all recourse if the prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.
4. METHODS OF ENTRY
Entry and Registration: To enter the Contest, an eligible contestant must submit the contest entry form online at: https://info.lmoor.com/testimonials. One additional entry can be submitted by completing a Google review at: http://bit.ly/LmoorReview
Limit of Two Entries: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address via Lmoor.com and a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address via Google during the Contest Period.
No purchase is necessary. To enter without submitting the contest entry form online, one entry can be obtained by sending entrant’s full name, email address, telephone number and postal address in a self-addressed stamped envelope by registered mail to:

Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, incomplete, late or misdirected entries or for any failure of the Sponsor’s website during the Contest Period.
5. DRAW & WINNER SELECTION PROCESS
Random Draw: On or about June 18, 2021, at 2:00 pm Eastern Time, at the offices of the Sponsor, three (3) entries will be randomly selected from a list of all entries received during the Contest Period. The contestant who owns the selected entry, and who is otherwise eligible to win, will be the selected contestant who is eligible to win the Prize subject to compliance with these Rules.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning one of the three Prizes are dependent on the number of eligible entries received by the Sponsor during the Contest Period in accordance with these Rules.
Contacting Selected Contestant: Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the selected contestant by email using the information provided at the time of entry within 5 business days of the Draw Date. If the selected contestant cannot be contacted (i.e. does not reply to the email from the Sponsor or its representative) within 10 business days of the Draw Date, then they may be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate selected contestant from among the remaining eligible entries.
Skill-Testing Question: Residents of Canada will be required to answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize.
Sponsors' Decisions: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all contestants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of contestants, entries, and votes.
