What is your return or exchange policy?
We always stand behind the products we sell. If your purchase hasn’t meet your needs, please contact us at orders@lmoor.com so we can help. Approved returns and exchanges can be processed within 30 days of purchase provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Note, shipping costs and return shipping arrangements for items sent back to L’Moor are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Certain items are considered special order, custom, or non-stock items and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Special order equipment
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items ordered specifically for client-requested procurement
These items are final sale once confirmed and ordered from the supplier.
In rare circumstances, L’Moor may approve a return outside of policy at its discretion. In such cases, returns may be subject to:
- Restocking fees
- Account credit only
- Additional conditions based on product type and condition
Any exceptions made do not constitute a change to standard policy or set precedent for future orders.
My package and/or item(s) arrived damaged or are missing, what do I do next?
Please inspect all products ordered and shipped from L’Moor at the time of delivery.
In the case of a damaged shipment, please accept the delivery, and contact us immediately at orders@LMoor.com for next steps and resolution.
In the event of a missing item(s) or package, please report details within 48 hours of delivery to orders@LMoor.com.
