What is your return or exchange policy?

We always stand behind the products we sell. If your purchase hasn’t meet your needs, please contact us at orders@lmoor.com so we can help. Approved returns and exchanges can be processed within 30 days of purchase provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Note, shipping costs for items sent back to L’Moor are the responsibility of the purchaser.

My package and/or item(s) arrived damaged or are missing, what do I do next?

Please inspect all products ordered and shipped from L’Moor at the time of delivery. 

In the case of a damaged shipment, please accept the delivery, and contact us immediately at orders@LMoor.com for next steps and resolution.

In the event of a missing item(s) or package, please report details within 48 hours of delivery to orders@LMoor.com
