What are your shipping methods and costs?
Our carriers include Purolator, Canpar, and Canada Post. We compare rates to choose the most cost-effective option when your order is packed. The shipping cost (typically between 3% to 8%) will be added to each order. We never have any minimum order size or amount.
Do you offer contactless curbside pickup?
Yes, we do! Simply select ‘FREE PICKUP’ as your shipping method when placing an order. You’ll receive an email confirmation and pickup details when your order is ready.
How can I track the shipping status for my order?
You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number when your order is processing. You can also access order tracking information on our website by logging into your account.
Oops! I incorrectly entered my shipping address or I need to redirect my shipment. Is that okay?
If your shipment has not left our warehouse, please contact us directly, either by phone at 888-666-7683 or through our website live chat so that we may assist you (our volume of emails and text messages means that we may not see your message right away via other methods).
If your shipment has already been picked up by one of our carriers, address modifications may be subject to carrier charges. You may either contact us to assist, or request the change directly through the carrier.
