What are your shipping methods and costs?

We never have any minimum order size. For in-stock items for delivery of almost all* products and supplies:

To Manitoba, Ontario & Quebec:

  • Free shipping on eligible orders over $300
  • $12.95 flat rate shipping on eligible orders less than $300
     

To British Columbia, Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, & PEI:

  • Free shipping on eligible orders over $300
  • $18.95 flat rate shipping on eligible orders less than $300

 

To Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut & Newfoundland:

  • Free shipping on eligible orders over $500
  • $24.95 flat rate shipping on eligible orders less than $500

*Remote addresses and oversized or overweight items such as equipment/furniture, exam paper, cases of wax, and 20L pails are excluded. School orders are processed separately and are eligible for other discounts and special shipping rates; a shipping quote be provided.

We use a variety of carriers and compare rates to choose the most cost-effective option for each shipment. Shipping speeds can vary between 1-14 business days and are not guaranteed except on request and at an additional fee. Do you offer order pick-up?

Yes, we offer free order pick-up at our warehouse in Baltimore, ON or at Lilac Spa & Esthetics in Peterborough, ON. Simply select pick-up and your preferred location as your shipping method when placing an order. You’ll receive an email that includes pick-up instructions confirming when your order will be ready.

Lilac Spa & Esthetics Location: 311 George St. N LL3, Peterborough, ON K9J 2V8
Lilac Spa & Esthetics Pick-up Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

How can I track the shipping status for my order?

You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number when your order is processing. 

Oops! I incorrectly entered my shipping address or I need to redirect my shipment. Is that okay?

If your shipment has not left our warehouse, please contact us directly, either by phone at 888-666-7683 or through our website live chat so that we may assist you (our volume of emails and text messages means that we may not see your message right away via other methods).

If your shipment has already been picked up by one of our carriers, address modifications may be subject to carrier charges. You may either contact us to assist, or request the change directly through the carrier.
