How do I place an order?

Start by browsing our collection of products, supplies and equipment at If you don’t already have a professional account, register on the right side of this page where it says "Sign-in" under the default profile image bubble.  It’s easy to place your order online at Our online store is open 24/7 so orders can be placed any day, any time.

Once your order is placed, we'll review it personally and you can expect to receive confirmation through email, phone, or text.

How do I pay for my order?

E-transfer is our preferred method of payment. Your order confirmation email will include a summary of your purchase (excluding shipping and taxes) . To make payment by e-transfer, please wait to receive your invoice by email with your confirmed total, usually within 1 business day, and follow the instructions provided. 

We accept the following payment methods for both product and training purchases:

To add credit card details to your account, please call us at 888-666-7683 during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Time).

Our system reserves your inventory for 2 business days after your invoice is issued, to help you get the exact items you want as efficiently as possible. After this time, your order will be returned to pending status.
