Order Review
Once your order is submitted, our Client Success team personally reviews it before billing and shipping. If we have any questions, or if anything isn’t available, we’ll reach out to you directly—usually within 1 business day.
Payment
You’ll receive your invoice after your order has been reviewed.
- E-transfer is our preferred method; please wait for your invoice before sending payment.
- Need to add or update your credit card? We’ll send a secure link with your invoice.
- Credit card on file? Your payment will be processed only after your order has been reviewed
Adding To Your Order
If you’d like to add anything to your order before it ships, the quickest way is to place a second order online. Our system can automatically combine orders for shipping if the order hasn't been invoiced.
Shipping & Pickup:
- For shipping, tracking updates from our partners are usually available within 1–2 business days after your invoice is paid.
- Picking up from our warehouse? We’ll email you to let you know when your order will be ready.
