Class Description:
The LE 314: P+ Gel Polish course covers all the skills required to create long-lasting, beautiful, soakable manicures as well as maintenance with the FastFile Fill techniques, using the LightElegance P+ Gel Polish line of products with JimmyGel. The class will be a combination of demonstration and hands-on work. LE Educator Mackenzie Annis will review how to prepare a nail plate first. After nail preparation, you will be introduced to the P+ QDbase gel and P+ Gel Polish application process. Mackenzie will expertly instruct you on the little things that separate a good nail from a truly great one, and you will have the chance to practice them all hands-on. Troubleshooting and one-on-one help will be provided by the LEU Educator, Mackenzie Annis. You will earn a certificate for class attendance completing your level 300 class requirement towards your LEU Bachelor's degree.
Class Requirements - Please Bring to Class
For this class, students are required to arrive with one hand free of product on their nails or bring a practice hand, so you can actively participate in the hands-on portion of the class. Students are also required to bring a cuticle pusher, cuticle nipper, curing lamp, desk lamp, power strip and an extension cord. You may chose to bring an E-file and bits, but these are not required.
