RefectoCil Colours Starter Kit

Content: 

• 6 x RefectoCil® colours 15 ml (Pure Black, Graphite, Blue Black, Natural Brown, Light Brown, Chestnut) 
• 1 x RefectoCil® Oxidant 3% Cream 50 ml 
• 1 x RefectoCil® Tint Remover 50 ml 2 x Mini Cosmetic Dishes 
• 2 x Mini Brushes 
• 1 x Eye Protection Papers 
• 1 x Colour Guide

Application:

• Preparation and cleaning of the eye area
• Mix 2 cm of color with 15-20 drops of RefectoCil® Oxidant 3% Cream to a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes
• Leave on for 5-10 minutes
• Remove with clear water and cotton pads 

If RefectoCil® Blonde Brow is used beforehand, the application time is reduced to 1-5 minutes, with Eyelash Curl or Eyelash to 2 minutes
