We've been a provider of spa and wellness products and education to spa professionals for more than 10 years now, and with the drive towards excellence in the spa industry, we're delighted to announce the launch of the first Spa and Wellness conference to focus on customer experience, business skills, and building a healthy brand.

Held at the historic Victoria Hall in Cobourg, Ontario on March 27, 2017, this one-day event is a good fit for a wide range of participants—established business owners, independent wellness practitioners, start-ups, and students. The conference is geared towards those serious about becoming a leader in the spa and wellness industry. Tickets are available for purchase online at for only $149.00.

The conference agenda focuses on providing the full range of tools and techniques that make a spa and wellness business successful. Author and event keynote Peter Shankman, one of the most sought after speakers on customer and social economies, offers insight on how to create magical customer experiences – every time. Another star of the conference agenda is Katie Dempsey, Managing Director of the breakout local boutique branding agency Brand Ambition, who will share her passion for social media strategy, and showcase how this technology can open up affordable growth opportunities. Also presenting is Susan Watkin, accountant, small business educator and information professional, who brings a refreshing common sense approach to the (often) confusing financial landscape.

The day will also present an abundance of networking opportunities, allowing attendees to connect with many savvy industry leaders to grow a trusted circle of advisors. This premiere conference is sponsored by the prestigious destination Ste Anne's Spa, and Nomad, - Canadian custom manufacturer of massage tables; the ultimate in quality and comfort.
